Abstract

1.Vedanta speaks about state of super peace of mind.
2.In Bhagavad Geeta, Krishna explains that all miseries start from attachments to matter.
3.Attachments to matter create desires.
4.Then you get hypnotized by matter.
5.Non-fulfillment of desires creates anger.
6.Anger then needs to be suppressed or sublimated.
7.Sweets might cause anger to diabetic person.
8.Anger causes loss of memory which reduces intelligence or power of discrimination.
9.Loss of intelligence causes ultimate destruction of us.
10.Turn inward and find completeness in yourselves i.e. Atman (soul). Be in the world and don’t let world to be in you.
