Abstract
1.Yoga is fitness and attractiveness at physical level and it is called Raj Yoga.
2.Yoga is winning every ones heart with love and it is called Bhakti Yoga.
3.Yoga is sharpness at intellectual level and it is called Jnana Yoga.
4.We have perfect divinity hidden in us. Yoga is bringing out that hidden divinity in everyone.
5.Yoga is ethical excellence.
6.Moral standards like honesty, integrity, truthfulness, non-stealing and non-violence are practiced in Yoga.
7.Honesty coming out of courage is called integrity.
8.Truthfulness practiced for long period makes our statement true later.
9.Probity is perfect moral uprightness. Yoga is to have such probity.
10.May we now meditate on smiling face of Lord Krishna.


 

Prof K. Subramanyam PhD
Dean, Division of Yoga and Humanities, has a specialization in English Literature (American and lndo-Anglian as optionals) and Philosophy (Gandhian Philosophy - optional). He is presently the Honorary Adviser, Vivekananda College, Tiruvekadam, Madurai District. He has been a Member, NAAC peer team. He has authored 14 books on various topics including books on Education. He has presented and published a large number of papers on socially relevant and spiritual topics. He is a prolific speaker with an ability to weave magic with his words, with a capacity to talk to people at all levels.
